Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential students via phone calls, messages, and emails to understand their academic and career goals.
  • Offer personalized guidance on our Engineering Software and GATE preparation programs.
  • Share complete course details, including curriculum, fees, faculty expertise, and learning outcomes.
  • Track and follow up with leads to support the decision-making and enrollment process.
  • Maintain accurate student data, communication logs, and lead status reports.
  • Meet monthly targets for admissions and follow-up activities.
  • Handle student questions professionally and resolve concerns efficiently.
  • Work in coordination with technical teams to align student needs with course offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
