Role Overview
As the
Presales Lead
, you'll own Truva's top-of-funnel - ensuring every inquiry is serviced on time, qualified effectively, and converted into site visits. You'll manage all presales channels including in-house callers, outsourced agencies, and chat-based touchpoints. You'll also be responsible for re-churning the CRM to generate revisits and maximize conversion efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Servicing & Qualification
- Oversee all inbound and outbound leads across channels - performance marketing, society data, referrals, and 3P platforms.
- Ensure timely first contact, structured follow-ups, and consistent lead servicing.
- Qualify leads based on defined parameters for both sellers and buyers.
- Track and maintain CRM hygiene - no lead left unattended or stagnant.
2. Conversion to Visits
- Drive the funnel from first contact to scheduled visits = owning the conversion percentage as a core KPI.
- Manage scripts, follow-up cadence, and pitch to maximize visit conversion.
- Coordinate closely with sales to ensure high-quality visit experiences and feedback loops.
3. CRM Rechurn & Reactivation
- Regularly identify and re-engage old or dropped leads from the CRM.
- Design re-churn campaigns and follow-up workflows (calls, WhatsApp, SMS).
- Track reactivation metrics and continuously improve revisit contribution.
4. Team & Partner Management
- Lead and coach in-house callers for quality, speed, and efficiency.
- Manage outsourced calling agencies to ensure adherence to Truva's playbook.
- Oversee chat and WhatsApp-based lead servicing operations.
5. Reporting & Optimization
- Track and report key presales metrics — connect %, qualification %, visit conversion %, rechurn %.
- Analyze funnel drop-offs and suggest process or script improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve overall funnel performance.
What You'll Bring
- 4–7 years of experience in presales / inside sales / lead management, ideally in real estate, proptech, or high-ticket B2C categories.
- Experience managing both in-house teams and outsourced calling agencies.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, call center operations, and lead scoring models.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
- Fast, structured, and comfortable in a high-volume environment.
