Core responsibilities

  • Candidate and stakeholder communication: Act as a point of contact for candidate queries and liaise with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Scheduling and coordination: Arrange and confirm interviews, and coordinate recruitment events.
  • Database and record management: Maintain and update candidate and employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) or applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Documentation and administration: Generate offer letters, prepare new hire paperwork, and handle other recruitment-related documents.
  • Background checks: Initiate and follow up on background checks, reference checks, and other necessary pre-employment screening.
  • Job posting: Post job requisitions on internal and external job boards and social media.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on recruitment activity, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) as needed.
  • Social media: Manage the talent team's social media accounts, such as LinkedIn and Twitter, to promote opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company policies and relevant employment laws.
