Key Responsibilities:-
Sourcing Candidates:
Utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to find potential candidates.
Creating and updating job descriptions to attract the right applicants.
Screening and Evaluation:
Reviewing resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conducting interviews (phone, in-person, or virtual) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Administering tests (e.g., aptitude, logical reasoning) to evaluate candidates.
Recruitment Process Management:
Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Facilitating the offer process, including salary negotiations and benefits packages.
Conducting background checks and reference verifications.
Building Talent Pipelines:
Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Building relationships with candidates and industry contacts.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Other Responsibilities:
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation in the applicant tracking system.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Managing the onboarding process for new hires.
Potentially contributing to employer branding and employee referral programs.
