Job Description:

Banzera Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and skilled HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support employee engagement activities and address HR-related queries.
  • Coordinate with management on HR strategies and workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or HR solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR software, recruitment platforms, and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
