Key responsibilities include benefits administration, assisting with training programs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.Qualifications- Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management- Experience in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)- Skills in Benefits Administration and understanding of employee welfare programs- Proficiency in assisting with and coordinating Training programs- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field- Previous HR experience or internships would be advantageous
