Job Overview:

The Human Resource Executive will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will handle recruitment activities, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and act as a communication bridge between the management and employees. The role demands excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Manager in executing the full recruitment process — from job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Act as a bridge between employees and management to ensure smooth communication and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance sheets, and leave registers.
  • Assist the finance department in preparing monthly attendance and salary sheets.
  • Support payroll management activities such as salary calculation inputs, deductions, and overtime tracking.
  • Manage job postings on recruitment portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Support in policy implementation, employee engagement activities, and HR compliance processes.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR Manager as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (Freshers/ Mid Experienced with strong communication and technical skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and other office tools.
  • Experience with job posting sites such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Basic understanding of payroll management, attendance tracking, and leave management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
