Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and help drive revenue growth. This is a client-facing role with a focus on sales, lead generation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Pitch products/services to potential customers and close sales.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Maintain and update CRM/database of leads and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to represent Visko Group.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in presenting and negotiating with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local market in Indore/Madhya Pradesh is an advantage.
  • Ability to travel locally for meetings and client visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹25,000.00 per month
