Role and Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage strong relationships with media, influencers, and brand alliances networks.
  • Develop and execute communication initiatives to achieve the defined goals and enhance exposure for our portfolio of luxury hospitality brands.
  • Deliver customized account servicing for luxury hospitality brands, ensuring a focused approach towards result-driven outreach in the Indian market.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with clients and internal teams for PR outreach.
  • Create monthly reports and goal-oriented engagement on behalf of brands.
  • Maximize strategic exposure for luxury hospitality brands through media, influencers, and brand alliances.
  • Manage and expand the pan-India networks of digital, traditional media, and influencers.
  • Initiate and foster focused discussions for brand alliances.
  • Create impactful brand visibility across print, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Pitch new ideas and secure weekly and monthly opportunities for brands.
  • Create well-researched content, including PR pitches, press releases, and curated materials.
  • Source trending industry data for business insights and new opportunities.
  • Participate actively in internal and external company initiatives.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in marketing, account management, or communication for hospitality, luxury, travel, or lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on content creation.
  • Independent thinker and self-motivated professional.
  • Passionate about adding value and achieving goals in alignment with company standards.
