Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager Website Maintenance to oversee the companys digital platforms and ensure seamless website performance, content accuracy, and visual consistency. The role involves managing website design, updates, upgrades, and integration with social media channels. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, creative understanding, and marketing alignment to maintain a dynamic, user-friendly, and brand-aligned online presence.

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

1. Website Content Management

  • Oversee the creation, review, and regular updating of website content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to publish new content, press releases, and updates.
  • Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all pages.

2. Website Design & User Experience

  • Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance the websites visual appeal and usability.
  • Ensure website design aligns with the organizations branding and communication standards.
  • Optimize layout, graphics, and navigation for improved visitor engagement.

3. Website Upgradation & Maintenance

  • Manage end-to-end website upgradation projects, ensuring compatibility, security, and performance.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve bugs, technical errors, or broken links.
  • Coordinate with IT teams for hosting, CMS maintenance, and technical troubleshooting.

4. Routine Website Updates

  • Implement timely updates including content refresh, event information, project showcases, and leadership messages.
  • Maintain version control and track all website modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with SEO, accessibility, and data privacy standards.

5. Social Media Integration & Support

  • Integrate website content with social media platforms to drive visibility and engagement.
  • Support the Corporate Communications team in digital campaigns and analytics tracking.
  • Monitor social media and website analytics to improve user engagement and content reach.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of website architecture, UX, and SEO.

    • Excellent coordination skills between IT and marketing teams.

    • Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

    • Creative mindset with technical execution capability.
