Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Marketing and Communications Manager to develop and execute the company's marketing and communication strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing the company's brand, and creating content for a variety of channels, including social media, email, and website.

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of marketing and communications best practices. You should have experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, as well as managing a team. You should also have excellent communication and project management skills. Above all, you should have a knack for crafting and telling stories

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage the company's brand and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and website.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Create content for a variety of channels, including social media, email, and website.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Manage a team of marketing and communication professionals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and branding.

Requirements and skills

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications.
  • Experience managing a team of marketing and communication professionals.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Experience with social media, email marketing, and website management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the latest trends and best practices in marketing and communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
