Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Marketing and Communications, based in Gurugram. The role involves leading the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies to ensure brand alignment and growth. Responsibilities include managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing content creation, strategizing public relations efforts, managing internal and external communications, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities. The role also entails team leadership, collaboration with cross-functional departments, and ensuring seamless alignment of business goals with marketing and communication objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong marketing expertise, including Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and Brand Strategy
  • Experience in Communications, including Corporate Communications, Public Relations, and Content Development
  • Proficiency in leadership and team management to drive and mentor the marketing and communications team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills with the capability to monitor market trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, platforms, and software
  • Understanding of office space, real estate, or hospitality industry trends is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
