Role Overview

The Senior Manager/ Manager – Corporate Communications will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the organization's internal and external communication strategies. The role involves crafting compelling narratives, managing digital presence, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication platforms. The ideal candidate should bring strong storytelling skills, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in managing website content, social media branding, and corporate communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

(i) Content Strategy & Development

• Create, write, and edit impactful content for the company's website and corporate materials.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, voice, and communication guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate organizational goals and initiatives into engaging narratives.

(ii) Digital & Social Media Branding

• Strategize and manage the company's presence across all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.).
• Develop content calendars, digital campaigns, and thought-leadership content to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements for content reach and audience engagement.

(iii) Storytelling & Brand Communication

• Develop human-centered storytelling that highlights company achievements, culture, and impact.
• Conceptualize leadership communication pieces, employee stories, and CSR campaign narratives.
• Build consistent brand storytelling across internal and external communication touchpoints.

(iv) Corporate & Media Relations

• Draft and manage press releases, media advisories, and corporate statements.
• Liaise with media partners, PR agencies, and external stakeholders for brand coverage and reputation management.
• Support crisis communication and ensure message alignment during sensitive events.

(v) Website & Digital Content Management

• Manage end-to-end website content — updates, SEO optimization, and design coordination.
• Ensure website information remains current, relevant, and reflective of brand positioning.
• Oversee multimedia content including videos, infographics, and blogs.

(vi) Internal Communications

• Support internal campaigns and leadership communications in collaboration with HR and leadership teams.
• Create communication frameworks to enhance employee engagement and transparency.
