Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager – Corporate Social Responsibility
We are seeking a seasoned CSR Manager to lead our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and implement CSR strategies, manage partnerships, and ensure impactful community engagement.
Responsibility
*Develop CSR Strategy*: Create and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy aligning with company values and objectives.
*Program Management*: Oversee CSR programs, ensuring effective delivery, monitoring, and evaluation.
*Partnership Development*: Foster partnerships with NGOs, community groups, and stakeholders to drive CSR initiatives.
*Stakeholder Engagement*: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, communities, and regulatory bodies.
*Reporting and Compliance*: Ensure CSR reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
*Team Management*: Lead and manage a team of CSR professionals, providing guidance and support.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
1. *Experience*: Relevant years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or community development.
*Education*: Bachelor's / Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, business, sustainability).
*Skills*:
Strategic thinking and planning
Partnership development and management
Stakeholder engagement and communication
Program management and evaluation
Team leadership and management
Preferred Qualifications/Skilss:
*Certifications*: CSR, sustainability, or related certifications (e.g., CSR certification, sustainability professional certification).
*Industry Experience*: Experience working in a specific industry or sector (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare).
