Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Executive role located on-site in Gurugram. The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing leasing transactions, conducting market research, and identifying potential business opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with property owners, occupiers, and investors to deliver optimal leasing solutions. Additional responsibilities include handling negotiations, creating and presenting reports, and maintaining up-to-date market knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Experience in market research and business development
  • Strong understanding of leasing transactions and real estate market dynamics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in corporate leasing is a plus
