We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to support our sales and marketing efforts. This role requires strong research, communication, and analytical skills to generate high-quality leads that can be converted into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, social media, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce our products/services.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and hand them over to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine targeting strategies.
  • Analyze lead generation campaigns, track performance, and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new lead generation tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation tools from Social Media platforms like LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
