About Hxpert:

Hxpert is a professional home service brand that provides on-demand cleaning, maintenance, and domestic solutions for homes and offices. We aim to simplify everyday living through reliable, trained, and verified service professionals.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and confident employee for Brand Promoter / Sales Promoter to represent Hxpert in residential societies, malls, and events. The candidate will promote our services, generate leads, and assist in customer onboarding through direct interaction and digital outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Hxpert Home Services in public and residential areas through field activities.
  • Educate potential customers about our service offerings and packages.
  • Generate leads and collect customer details for follow-up.
  • Assist in organizing small-scale promotional events or stalls.
  • Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams for campaigns.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales or sign-up targets.

Requirements:

  • Candidates of age only 20–30.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduation or above.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Pleasant personality and confidence in public interaction.
  • Willingness to work on-field and travel locally.
  • Prior experience in promotion, marketing, or field sales is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives.

  • Training & T-shirt provided by Hxpert.

Working Hours:

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible for promotional events)

Weekly off as per schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
