**Job Title**: Field Sales Representative
**Location**: Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Khurda, Puri, Berhampur

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Outreach and Market Penetration**:

- Identify and approach retail stores, distributors, and B2B channels in assigned regions to promote and sell _Tales of Spices_ products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure orders and drive repeat business.

**Product Presentation and Demonstration**:

- Conduct product presentations and sampling sessions to showcase the quality, uniqueness, and benefits of _Tales of Spices_.
- Effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition, including its focus on naturally processed, farm-fresh spices grown with sustainable methods.

**Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and field visits.
- Follow up on leads to convert them into active customers.

**Order Management and Target Achievement**:

- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, tracking, and fulfillment in collaboration with the operations team.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by the company.

**Market Analysis and Feedback**:

- Gather insights about customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities in the assigned regions.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team to refine strategies and product offerings.

**Promotional Activities**:

- Collaborate on and participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns aimed at boosting sales and brand visibility.
- Distribute promotional materials like brochures and samples to prospective clients.

**Reporting and Communication**:

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights.
- Submit daily or weekly reports on sales progress and client updates to the management team.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide post-sale support to clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Address any concerns or queries from clients promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven sales or marketing experience in FMCG, spices, or food products (preferred).
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of the local market dynamics in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Khurda, Puri, and Berhampur.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
