OmnniTron Solution is a trusted placement and home-care service provider in Bhubaneswar, connecting families with trained maids, cooks, babysitters, and caregivers for residential needs. Our mission is to bring professionalism, safety, and reliability to domestic staffing solutions across Odisha.

Role Overview:

We are looking for confident and energetic Brand / Sales Promoters (Male or Female) who will represent OmnniTron Solution in the field, promote our services to potential clients, and generate leads through direct marketing and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote OmnniTron's domestic staffing services in residential areas, apartments, markets, and offices.
  • Communicate clearly about service plans, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
  • Distribute leaflets, banners, or promotional materials in targeted localities.
  • Generate leads and collect contact details for follow-up.
  • Support the operations team in onboarding new clients or workers.
  • Maintain daily report of field activities and leads.
  • Achieve assigned monthly targets for client acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Open to Male & Female candidates (Age 20–40 years).
  • Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly attitude, neat appearance, and willingness to talk to new people.
  • Comfortable working in the field (within Bhubaneswar).
  • Prior experience in sales, promotion, or marketing preferred

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives.
  • Performance-based bonuses.
  • Travel allowance for fieldwork.
  • Training & T-shirt provided by Hxpert.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Flexible for promotional events)

Weekly off as per schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
