**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to promote Satyanarayan Eco Resort’s services. Your role will involve making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inquiries, and building relationships with corporate clients, schools, and event organizers.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferred fields: Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration).
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in a tele-calling or customer-facing role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Hands-on experience with MS PowerPoint (creating presentations).
- Skilled in MS Word (documentation, formatting, and mail merge).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls and handle inquiries.
- Promote resort services (waterpark, cottages, adventure park, etc.).
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and nurture client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus.
- Positive attitude and target-driven.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
