Receptionist cum Tele caller

Location: Saheed Nagar, BBSR

Job Type: Full-Time

Hiring Mode: Contractual/Permanent (choose as required)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives as per company terms and conditions.

About the Role

We are hiring a Receptionist cum Tele caller to manage front-desk operations and handle inbound/outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a polite, customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates at the reception.
  • Manage incoming calls and route them to the concerned departments.
  • Make outbound calls for inquiries, follow-ups, and updates.
  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and call records.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, emails, file management, and documentation.
  • Provide accurate information to callers regarding office services and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Required Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Email, Internet).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
  • Professional and polite call-handling ability.
  • Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain front-desk flow smoothly.

Qualifications

  • 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
  • Experience in reception, front office, tele calling, or customer service preferred.
  • Experience from any education institute will be a plus.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
