Type: Full-time (Salary + Performance Incentives)

Compensation: ₹15,000 Fixed + ₹10,000–₹20,000 Variable (Performance-based)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen Kefilo's digital presence and drive customer engagement across online platforms.

You will manage campaigns, social media, and lead generation activities to support product launches, wellness events, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Performance Marketing: Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms to generate leads and sales.
  • Content Marketing: Coordinate with content creators, designers, and photographers to develop impactful marketing content.
  • SEO & Website Management: Assist in improving search visibility, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
  • Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Create automation workflows for nurturing leads and customer retention.
  • Event & Campaign Support: Promote wellness events and partnerships across gyms, hospitals, and colleges.
  • Reporting: Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools to suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with relevant internships can apply).
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media tools.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and content quality.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Must be based in Cuttack or Bhubaneswar and available for local travel as needed.

Growth Path:

  • Opportunity to grow into Digital Marketing Lead / Brand Manager within 12–18 months based on performance.
  • Exposure to multiple verticals of the wellness industry including events, partnerships, and product marketing.
