Job Summary:

The Business Development Head will lead and manage the BD team to drive business growth, sign new properties, and ensure revenue and margin targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute business strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the BD team to achieve monthly goals.
  • Identify new markets, business opportunities, and partnership channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners and real estate partners.
  • Ensure smooth property onboarding with coordination across internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (Hospitality / Real Estate preferred).
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel, ERP tools, and email communication.

Key Metrics:

  • Number of sellable rooms signed and activated monthly.
  • Revenue and gross margin achievement.
  • Team performance and business growth.
