- **Generic JD applied** In this role you will be responsible for operational delivery and support of platform integration solutions for internal and external customers who consume the services the platform provides. Essential part of the role will be working with consumers on their requests, balancing solution technical complexity and support costs with offered business value. The proposed solutions must consider the performance impact of operating on common, shared, global ServiceNow Platform. You will lead the delivery and testing process for integrations and ensure that the solution is delivered within the agreed timeline and agreed scope. In this role you will:Own ServiceNow platform integrations area with end-to-end accountability. Determine which integration method(s) will be used, integration directionality, and attributes. Work with the architecture team to understand develop integration standard tools and methods. Advise on any data normalization required prior to data being imported / inserted into ServiceNow. Participate in platform, process, and integration testing. Be part of the ServiceNow platform team, agile technical design and development team. Collect consumer requests and work with stakeholders, process teams and third parties to gather requirements and translate them it into technical terms and collaborate to come up with optimal solution. Be able to push back if a solution would negatively impact performance, increase support complexity or accrue technical debt. Engage in technical discussions; participate in technical designs and present technical ideas through white boarding. Own and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles in the integration space. Prevent and manage technology obsolescence risks and define roadmap changes that address the obsolescence risk. Manage Upstream and Downstream integrations with ServiceNow for all new and existing integrations Reconnect or make sure all existing integrations are in place for those needed in Vernova certified discovery administrator Review any new request to align it with CSDM model Make sure data completeness during the connection and no impact on the new instance To support the population of foundation data, execute the development of integrations with different systems such as cloud, monitoring, foundational data, applications etc Strong knowledge and experience on ServiceNow tool, ITSM and Integrations especially Mandatory Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science or in STEM Majors (a minimum of 6 years of professional experience (hands on) in a technical area (Architecture, Data or Software Engineering) preferably in ServiceNow, Middleware, SOA or a large Enterprise Application. Excellent English written and oral communication skills. A solid understanding of working a SaaS environment. ServiceNow Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification. Advantageous:ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification' Desired Skills Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence across peer level Experience in custom build integrations with ServiceNow using MID Server and JDBC. An understanding of JavaScript development with emphasis on the ServiceNow Platform. Experience and working knowledge of multiple ServiceNow provided integration technologies specifically web services, REST API, File retrieval/import sets, SAML auth. Knowledge of APIGEE and PostMan is an advantage. Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HAM and working knowledge on multiple ServiceNow Modules, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows. Proven analytical and problem resolution skills. Attention to detail Experience of working across multiple teams owning different platforms and collaborating with them to ensure smooth delivery and deployments of end-to-end integrated solutions. Ability to partner with integration consumers on alignment of outcomes and desired technical solutions at an enterprise level in ServiceNow platform. Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management. Ability to say 'no' if business outcomes are not clear or unable to justify technical complexity involved and support needs.
