Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead AI Engineer at our Uttar Pradesh, India location. The Lead AI Engineer will oversee the design, development, and implementation of AI-enabled systems, architectures, and solutions. Responsibilities include leading AI research projects, optimizing algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers to ensure efficient execution of AI initiatives. You will also focus on enhancing system performance, driving innovations to solve complex problems, and integrating AI algorithms into existing platforms.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing
  • Proven skills in Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, and Algorithm Optimization
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB
  • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
  • Ability to lead technical teams and manage AI-focused projects effectively
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and understanding of AI ethics
  • Experience in deploying AI systems at scale and working with cloud platforms is a plus
