Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Backend Developer

with strong expertise in
Python, FastAPI

, and
AI-integrated system design

to join our core product engineering team.

You will architect and build
high-performance backend services

that power Mintrix's AI Agents, RAG pipelines, and multi-tenant school automation systems.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where ideas move quickly from prototype to production.

This role involves
hands-on development

,
system architecture

, and collaboration with AI engineers to integrate frameworks like
LangChain

LangGraph

Swan

into production-ready workflows.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related disciplines.
  • 3+  years of hands-on experience in Python backend systems, AI/ML, LLMs, or Generative AI application development.

Architect
end-to-end solutions

for AI-powered platforms.
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic Frameworks.

Design and implement
scalable backend systems

using Python (Django, FastAPI) and related technologies.

Drive
system performance, reliability, and security improvements

for high-load, multi-tenant applications.
