We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with a customer service mindset to ensure both internal teams and external clients receive timely, accurate, and professional communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in project planning, coordination, and administrative support.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, schedules, and communication logs.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and project-related events with clients and team members.
  • Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and invoice processing in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively communicate updates, timelines, and potential risks.
  • Escalate complex issues to project leadership while ensuring clients feel heard and supported.
  • Support post-project evaluations and client feedback initiatives to improve services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
