Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in Mumbai. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms and analyzing performance analytics. Daily tasks will include executing marketing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing engagement strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
1. Strategy & Planning
- Assist in the
development and execution of digital marketing strategies
to achieve business goals. - Plan and manage campaigns across various digital channels —
search, social, email, and display
. - Conduct
market research
to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.
2. Performance Marketing
- Manage and oversee
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns
, - Monitor
CPC, CTR, conversions, ROAS
, and other KPIs with the help of performance marketing team
3. Social Media Management
- Manage daily posting and engagement across
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
. - Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with design and content teams.
- Track engagement metrics and audience growth, adjusting strategies as needed.
4. Content & Communication
- Collaborate with creative teams to create
relevant, engaging, and brand-aligned content
. - Write or review
copy for ads, blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns
. - Ensure consistent tone, language, and message across all digital platforms.
6. Email Marketing & Automation
- Create and manage
email campaigns
, newsletters, and automation workflows. - Monitor
open rates, click rates, and conversions
, and refine strategies based on data.
7. Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare
weekly/monthly performance reports
across all digital platforms. - Analyze data to provide
actionable insights and improvement recommendations
. - Present campaign performance updates to clients or management.
8. Coordination & Teamwork
- Collaborate closely with the
design, content, and sales teams
to ensure aligned communication. - Assist client servicing teams in campaign planning, execution, and delivery.
- Stay updated with the
latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices
. - Manage client interactions and coordinate feedback loops.
- Support influencer collaborations and digital PR activities.
- Ensure timely execution of all deliverables and adherence to brand guidelines.
