We're looking for a Senior Executive to manage our Supplier Helpline and lead the Telecalling Team.Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls on the supplier helpline and ensure timely response

Manage, train, and monitor the daily performance of the telecalling team

Guide the team on handling queries related to payments, balances, bidding, etc.Track and escalate all supplier issues and requests to the right departments

Take full ownership of dispute resolution and supplier satisfaction via the helpline

Ensure smooth communication and resolution of all issues coming through the telecom funnel

Who You Are:Experience in team management and supplier/vendor support (preferably in logistics)Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes
