About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.

- Responding to Client Enquiries
- Owning Requests and Complaints
- Monitoring the Helpdesk and Team
- Conducting Customer Feedback Surveys
- Collaborating with Other Departments
- Handling Complaints and Emergencies
- Familiarizing Yourself with Building Operating Procedures
- Assisting with Administrative Tasks
- Participating in Events and CSR Activities
- Serving as a Secondary Point of Contact
- Preparing Working Schedules
