New Vendor Development Executive/Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to strengthen our supply chain ecosystem by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors across various categories.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Sourcing and Evaluation
  • Evaluate vendor capabilities in terms of quality, capacity, pricing, and compliance to ensure competitive delivery for our diverse purchase requirements.
  • Negotiation and Relationship Building
  • Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to align with company standards.
  • Procurement Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill purchase requisitions effectively.
  • Vendor Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure vendor compliance with our quality standards, certifications, and ESG policies to minimize procurement risks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in vendor development, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, quality audits, and contract terms.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple purchase categories.
