Procurement Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to oversee end-to-end procurement processes. Key responsibilities include monitoring and identifying tenders, preparing and submitting bids, handling documentation and compliance, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining records.

  • Monitor and identify tenders on Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, CPPP, State Government, PSU & Private tender portals.
  • Prepare and submit bids (technical & financial) on time.
  • Handle documentation, compliance, and pre/post-bid queries.
  • Coordinate with vendors for pricing, product specifications, and approvals.
  • Maintain procurement records and track outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or bid management.
  • Strong knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM)
  • portal, CPPP, State Govt. & PSU tender portals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF).
  • Excellent communication & documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and multitask.
