Job Title: GEM/Tender Executive
Location: New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Tender Management: Search, identify, and monitor relevant tenders on GEM, CPPP, and other e-procurement platforms.
  2. Bid Preparation: Complete the bid preparation and submission process within deadlines (technical & financial bids).
  3. Documentation Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to gather documents required for tender submissions.
  4. Tender Documentation: Handle tender documentation, including EMDs, PBGs, MAFs, annexures, certifications, etc.
  5. E-commerce Portal Management: Upload product and service listings, manage catalogs and pricing on the GEM portal.
  6. Tender Compliance: Ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria, terms, and conditions in the tender documents.
  7. Tender Tracking: Monitor tender status, respond to queries (pre-bid/post-bid), and attend pre-bid meetings if required.
  8. Award Negotiation: Handle bid result tracking, negotiation, and follow-ups for the award of work.
  9. Record Maintenance: Maintain proper documentation and records of all tenders submitted.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in handling the GEM portal and e-tendering procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of government procurement policies is preferred.
