Key Role

We are seeking a proactive business development professional to strengthen our supply chain ecosystem. This role will focus on identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors across categories, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery for diverse purchase requirements.

This position is ideal for individuals who have experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field, and at least 3-6 years of experience in vendor development, procurement, or supply chain management.

  • Identify and source potential vendors for raw materials, components, and project-related procurement.
  • Evaluate vendor capabilities in terms of quality, capacity, pricing, and compliance.
  • Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules to align with company standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, projects, operations) to fulfill purchase requisitions effectively.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with quality standards, certifications, and ESG policies.
  • Continuously expand and update the approved vendor list to minimize procurement risks.
