As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the acquisition of automotive parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate quotations and agree on pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Issue purchase orders and track their status to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain an accurate database of suppliers and record all procurement activities.
  • Collaborate closely with our quality and technical teams to verify that delivered parts meet specified requirements.
  • Coordinate stock levels and inward materials planning with our inventory and logistics teams.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to vendor performance.
  • Expand our supplier base by developing new relationships and exploring opportunities to improve our existing partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing and maintain awareness of industry developments.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is essential.
  • At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in purchasing, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • A good understanding of automotive parts, particularly those used in European/Japanese vehicles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are vital.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple supplier accounts effectively is also important.
Preferred Qualities:
  • Experience working with export-oriented companies or B2B operations would be beneficial.
  • An understanding of international markets can be advantageous.
