Vendor Manager – US StaffingShift Timings - 6PM IST - 4AM ISTAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Vendor Manager with a strong background in US Staffing to oversee and manage vendor relationships, drive recruiting efficiency, and ensure compliance across all staffing engagements. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of recruiting expertise, vendor management skills, and a deep understanding of immigration processes (specifically H1B). This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills to deliver high-quality talent while optimizing vendor partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and build strong relationships with 3rd party vendors to support staffing needs.Leverage prior full desk recruiting experience to understand client requirements and effectively collaborate with vendors.Oversee and ensure compliance with immigration processes, particularly the H1B program , throughout the recruitment cycle.Lead contract negotiation with vendors to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and service-level agreements.Required Qualifications5+ years of US Staffing experience , with proven success in recruiting and vendor management.Prior experience as a Full Desk Recruiter (client acquisition + recruitment delivery).Strong knowledge of H1B and US immigration processes related to staffing.Experience working with 3rd party vendors and managing vendor relationships.Proven contract negotiation skills with vendors and clients.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills .Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple vendors, requisitions, and priorities simultaneously.Experience in managing vendor programs within MSP (Managed Service Provider) environments .
