Job Title : OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant

Job Summary :

The position requires deep knowledge of VIM workflows, OCR, document archiving, exception handling, and integration with SAP S/4HANA and Ariba. The consultant will play a key role in supporting the global rollout of SAP S/4HANA 1909, expanding into Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Panama, ensuring compliance with both local regulations and global standards.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken), with residence in Latin America (preferably Panama City, Buenos Aires, or Bogota).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, test, and deploy OpenText VIM solutions within SAP S/4HANA PTP processes

- Translate business requirements into scalable VIM/PTP configurations

- Configure and optimize VIM workflows, OCR, and document archiving solutions

- Support exception handling, workflow administration, and Fiori app enhancements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance and Purchasing to ensure compliance with both local regulations and global standards

- Provide expertise during global template rollout across LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Panama)

- Deliver end-to-end implementation support, including user training, testing, and post-go-live assistance

Required Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)

- Strong expertise in VIM with IES and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tools

- Proven experience with end-to-end VIM and OCR implementations

- Strong knowledge of workflow configuration, exception handling, and administration tools

- Experience in VIM integration with SAP S/4HANA and Ariba

- Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken)

- Recent or past exclusive VIM project experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications :

- Residency in Panama City, Buenos Aires, or Bogota

- OpenText VIM certification

- Experience in multinational corporations with global SAP templates

- Exposure to the financial services industry is a plus
