Position: Technical Support Engineer (Geotechnical)

Location : Gurugram, Haryana

Employment Type - Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide Technical Support for Optum Geotech software users.

Assist clients in Numerical Modelling, Slope Stability, Seepage, Consolidation and Deep Excavation analysis using OPTUM GX software.

Conduct technical demonstration, training sessions and webinars for industry professionals and academic institutions.

Collaborate with the R&D team to enhance software usability based on client feedback.

Assist in preparing technical documentation, case studies and best practice guides.

Support Pre-Sales & Post-Sales activities by showcasing software capabilities to potential clients and providing the technical training to existing clients.

Desired Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

Technical Experience & Skills:

Experience of minimum 2 Years with any competitor Finite Element Method (FEM) software

.Strong Understanding of Geotechnical Engineering principle

s.Knowledge of slope stability, seepage & foundation analys
