We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and large format printers at customer locations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure Epson large format printers at customer locations.">
  • Provide on-site troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of large format printers and computer systems.">
  • Diagnose printer faults, perform preventive maintenance, and resolve technical issues related to printing systems and peripherals.">
  • Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, software, networking issues for business customers.">

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.">
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in service and maintenance of computers, printers, or large technical equipment.">
  • Knowledge of large format printers (Epson preferred) or computer systems troubleshooting is a strong advantage.">
  • Maintain detailed service reports after each service visit, including issue diagnosis, resolution, and parts used.">
  • Coordinate with technical support teams and engineers for complex troubleshooting.">
  • Manage spare parts inventory and request replacements when needed.">
  • Provide technical guidance and training to customers on proper usage and maintenance of printers and computer systems.">
