Solar Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with solar products.
2. Handle and log all technical calls and emails.
3. Perform quality checks on solar panel installations and collect installer feedback.
4. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and prioritize customer service requests.
5. Escalate critical issues to our construction manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience in the solar industry or education in renewable energy is preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
3. An engineering or technical background is required.
4. Knowledge of solar systems and electrical diagrams is necessary.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
