Job Description:

● Develop sales and marketing strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities in the IT industry.

● Generate leads through direct marketing and digital marketing channels.

● Company Profiling:

○ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess compatibility and risk factors.

○ Qualify leads, understand their needs, and offer our recruitment services.

○ Assess companies on metrics like employee size, industry, revenue & more

● Prospect Profiling: Identify key contacts such as CEOs, Managers & IT Professionals

● List Building: Develop & research targeted contact lists

● Arrange meetings with prospective clients and maintain client databases.

● Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform our sales approach.

● Liaise with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships.

● Ensure effective management of leads generated through digital media to drive business growth.

● Knowledge of social media marketing will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience as marketing consultant or experience in digital marketing or related field

● Experience in market research

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Initiative, ability to work independently and in a team environment.

● Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.

● Problem-solving aptitude.

● Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or relevant field; Master's degree will be a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
