About the Role
We're looking for a
smart, driven, and bold Lead Generation Executive
who can fuel our sales pipeline with qualified leads, build strong relationships with prospects, and support our sales team in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and qualify potential leads using tools like
Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Outplay, and Octopus
. - Build accurate and targeted prospect lists aligned with business objectives.
- Execute
email campaigns and outreach sequences
via tools like
Sendinblue / SendGrid, Zoho Mail, Zapier integrations
, etc. - Manage and update leads in the
CRM system
, ensuring data accuracy and follow-up consistency. - Set up
appointments and meetings
for the sales team with decision-makers and senior stakeholders. - Communicate confidently with clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn — with a bold, persuasive, and professional tone.
- Work closely with marketing and sales to support
demand generation
and lead nurturing initiatives. - Track and report key performance metrics like lead conversion, meeting set-ups, and campaign performance.
Requirements
- 1–3 years
of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales. - Strong experience with
sales automation and prospecting tools
(Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outplay, Octopus, etc.). - Familiarity with
CRM platforms
(Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). - Excellent
verbal and written English communication
skills. - Experience in running
email marketing campaigns
using SendGrid, Zoho Campaigns, or equivalent tools. - Confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
- A self-starter with a
result-oriented
approach and attention to detail.
