Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and growth initiatives for our commercial interior division. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with a strong network, industry insight, and a passion for building long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial interior sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, corporate clients, and decision-makers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to align client expectations with deliverables
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine approach
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the interior design, or construction industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
  • Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
