Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, especially in the Commercial Interior sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Market Research and Analysis.
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering proposals and presentations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Solid understanding of budget and sales forecasting.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial interior sector

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, corporate clients, and decision-makers

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients

  • Collaborate with design and project teams to align client expectations with deliverables

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine approach

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹48,000.00 per month
