Business Development Manager (Night Shift)

Location:

Shift: Fixed Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM)

About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who is driven, confident, and passionate about building strong client relationships. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client communications, and ensuring a seamless experience from lead generation to client onboarding.

You'll play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth through proactive communication and strategic engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online channels.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients and internal teams.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Present and promote company products/services to potential clients effectively.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure with strong follow-up and coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate client delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of client communications, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance targets.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Qualification: Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
  • Experience in Business Development / Sales / Customer Relationship Management preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
  • Willingness to work in a fixed night shift (Monday to Friday).
