Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Business Development Associate
to support our
Sales, Marketing and Business Development
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of sales coordination, lead generation, communication, and creative work. You'll help drive business growth by supporting outreach, managing leads, coordinating digital activities, and creating marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development & Coordination

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, directories, websites, etc.).
  • Maintain and update lead databases and contact sheets.
  • Draft and send personalized outreach emails and follow-ups on behalf of the BDMs.
  • Assist the sales team with proposal preparation, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Track and report outreach metrics, conversions, and follow-up actions.

Digital Marketing

  • Design engaging creatives and marketing materials using online tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or Adobe Photoshop).
  • Manage and update content for social media handles in coordination with the BDMs.
  • Execute SEO for on-page/off-page optimization activities.
  • Work with external digital partners (where applicable) to align campaigns with sales goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all online communications and visuals.

Operational Support

  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Help organize internal databases, folders, and content libraries for the sales team.
  • Coordinate communication between sales, management, and any external collaborators.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or business development.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM or lead-tracking tools.
  • Working knowledge of social media management and SEO.
  • Experience using creative design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
