Role Summary

The Business Development Associate Printer Sales will be responsible for identifying

opportunities, generating leads, managing client interactions, and supporting sales conversions

for our printer solutions. This role is best suited for technically inclined graduates with strong

communication skills who want to develop a career at the intersection of technology and sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate and qualify leads for printer sales in academic, industrial, and corporate

sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure superior customer experience.
  • Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with internal teams for

solutions.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, sales presentations, and deal closure activities.
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives, including sponsorship campaigns and

events.

  • Represent Tvasta in exhibitions, conferences, and client-facing interactions.

Required Qualifications :

  • MBA in Marketing/Business Development (preferred).
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related streams preferred).
  • Strong technical understanding with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, with a strong interest in sales, client engagement, and business growth.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

  • Active participation in college teams such as Car Racing or Robotics (exposure to

procurement, vendor management, and technical coordination).

  • Experience in sponsorship/fundraising (outreach emails, lead conversion).
  • Background in construction technologies or 3D printing.

  • Event management/hosting experience (hospitality, cultural events, client interactions).
