Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: Bangalore and Chennai India. (Should be open to travel)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our institution by overseeing the admissions process for our Graduate Courses. This position involves managing a team of admission counsellors, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving business development initiatives to attract talented students to our esteemed university.

Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage a team of admission counsellors, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and achievement of admission targets.

● Develop and implement effective strategies to promote our BBA and MBA programs, targeting potential students through various channels, including online and offline marketing campaigns, educational fairs, seminars, and partnerships.

● Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create compelling marketing materials, brochures, and presentations to showcase the university's offerings and attract prospective students.

● Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to establish a strong network for student referrals and collaborations.

● Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities for our programs, and use this information to develop targeted marketing strategies.

● Manage the end-to-end admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and making final admissions decisions by university policies.

● Visit schools and colleges to strengthen partnerships and enhance outreach efforts.

● Provide accurate and timely reports on admissions performance, enrollment statistics, and market trends to senior management.

● Collaborate with MH Cockpit to align business development strategies and educational opportunities.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree will be a plus.

● Proven experience in business development, preferably in the education sector, with a focus on admissions or student recruitment.

● Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, faculty, and external stakeholders.

● Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies and initiatives.

● Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and data analysis tools.

● The result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Language: Good command in Hindi and Kannada is a must

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Working Time: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
