Designation: Business Development Associate – Royalty Franchise Sales

Department: Business Development | Reports to: Business Development Team Lead

About the Role

We are hiring passionate and target-driven Business Development Associates to promote and onboard clients into the Malgopay Royalty Franchise Program.

In this model, a client can book slots (₹25,000 per slot, up to 8 slots). Each Royalty Franchisee receives a fixed percentage of monthly royalty payout based on the number of slots booked.

You will be responsible for handling hot leads (already interested prospects), explaining the Royalty Franchise model, and ensuring a smooth sales closure.

This is a Work From Home role, ideal for Tamil-speaking professionals with sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with hot leads and convert them into Royalty Franchise slot buyers
  • Clearly explain the slot booking model (₹25,000 per slot, up to 8 slots per person)
  • Communicate the monthly royalty payout benefits to clients
  • Handle objections and provide clarity with the support of the Team Lead
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and lead progress tracking
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Provide a professional and seamless client experience

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent in Tamil (mandatory) – spoken and written
  • Minimum 1 year of telesales / inside sales / outbound calling experience
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain royalty models confidently
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and CRM tools
  • Must have own laptop and stable internet connection
  • Energetic, self-driven, and team-oriented

Work Schedule

  • Work From Home – Monday to Saturday
  • Sunday off
