We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team at ICA Edu Skills, Bahadurgarh. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our educational programs, building strong connections with schools, colleges, and tutors, and driving student admissions through effective outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and tutors in Bahadurgarh and nearby areas.
  • Generate student leads through various channels and convert them into admissions.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations in schools, colleges, and other institutions to promote ICA Edu Skills programs.
  • Plan and execute local marketing activities, events, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and achieve monthly admission targets.
  • Coordinate with the academic and counseling teams for smooth student enrollment.
  • Represent ICA Edu Skills in educational fairs, career guidance sessions, and community activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any stream .
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development will be preferred (experience in the education/training sector will be an advantage).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to travel locally and manage outreach activities independently.
  • Goal-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
